Where is Arrowtag played at Alma Park?
We play Arrowtag on our indoor football pitches, with plenty of room for the arrows to fly. Our team is there to keep the game safe and fun.
What do I need to take part in Arrowtag?
You don't need any archery experience. If you feel fit enough, you can get started straight away. However, Arrowtag may not be suitable if you have back problems, are pregnant or have a heart or circulatory condition.
What are the risks?
Safety comes first. We provide the equipment you need, and our guides show you how to play. Bruises can happen, but serious injuries are rare.
What should I wear?
Wear sportswear that you don't mind getting a little dirty, along with ordinary trainers. Studded boots are not allowed. Bring a change of clothes and a towel, as you may work up a sweat.
How does the game work?
We'll divide you into two teams. First, you collect arrows from the centre of the field, then pick up your bows and start playing. Different modes, such as Team Target and Last Man Standing, keep things varied.
How many people can play?
You'll need at least four players; 8–12 works best. A maximum of 12 people can play at once, so larger groups take turns.
What's included in the stag and hen party offer?
Our stag and hen party package includes a bunny costume for the groom-to-be. After the game, the first draught drink is on us.
